Mehr als die Summe aller Abenteuer \u2013 unvergesslich, sowohl in wundersch\u00f6nen als auch in schmerzhaften Momenten.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p data-start=\"280\" data-end=\"411\">Es war vor allem eine Reise zur\u00fcck zu mir selbst. Eine, die ich mir nicht einmal in meinen wildesten Tr\u00e4umen h\u00e4tte ausmalen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p data-start=\"413\" data-end=\"689\">Ich bin nicht mehr die Person, die dieses Abenteuer am 23. Juli 2025 begonnen hat. Die Erfahrungen, die ich unterwegs gesammelt habe, haben eine neue Version von mir geformt \u2013 jemanden, der heute noch kompromissloser, echter und wahrhaftiger lebt. Echt, roh und ungeschliffen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p data-start=\"691\" data-end=\"830\">Meine Toleranz f\u00fcr alles, was sich falsch, gezwungen oder unecht anf\u00fchlt, ist auf nahezu null gesunken \u2013 und das k\u00f6nnte einige \u00fcberraschen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Was als N\u00e4chstes kommt? Als ob etwas nicht stimmte, du aber nicht genau erkl\u00e4ren konntest, warum?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Ich habe das unz\u00e4hlige Male gesp\u00fcrt. Aber ich habe es beiseitegeschoben, weitergemacht und versucht, einen Sinn darin zu finden. Vielleicht lag das Problem bei mir \u2013 dass ich zu viel nachdachte und mir Dinge einbildete.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Bis zu einem Morgen im M\u00e4rz 2025.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Ich hatte gerade angefangen, meine lange Reise zu planen, als es mich traf \u2013 wie ein G\u00fcterzug. W\u00e4hrend meiner morgendlichen Praxis, tief in der Meditation, kam mir eine Erkenntnis mit absoluter Klarheit:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Ich hatte mein ganzes Leben lang im falschen Land gelebt.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Die Energie passte nie ganz. Ich entfaltete mich nicht so, wie ich es eigentlich k\u00f6nnte. Und in diesem Moment war mir v\u00f6llig klar: Etwas musste sich \u00e4ndern. Es war kein Gedanke. Dadurch besass ich von Anfang an die doppelte Staatsb\u00fcrgerschaft. Kein schlechter Start ins Leben, vor allem mit zwei sehr begehrten P\u00e4ssen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Mir war schon fr\u00fch bewusst, wie viel Gl\u00fcck ich hatte. Meine Eltern hatten selbst nie die M\u00f6glichkeit, kanadische Staatsb\u00fcrger zu werden \u2013 etwas, das sie beide oft bedauerten.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Als ich gerade ein Jahr alt war, beschlossen meine Eltern, in die Schweiz zur\u00fcckzukehren. Zum Teil wegen de<span lang=\"DE-CH\">s<\/span> Besuche<span lang=\"DE-CH\">s<\/span> meiner Gro\u00dfeltern nach meiner Geburt, aber auch wegen der unsicheren Arbeitssituation in Kanada. Die Schweiz bot mehr Sicherheit \u2013 vor allem mit einem Kind.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Ich wuchs in einem beh\u00fcteten, liebevollen Umfeld auf. Meine Eltern unterst\u00fctzten mich in jeder Hinsicht. Zuhause war dort, wo sie waren. Selbst als ich Mitte der 90er Jahre f\u00fcr \u00fcber zwei Jahre nach Toronto zur\u00fcckkehrte, blieb unsere Bindung stark.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Als ich sechs war, hatte meine Mutter mir bereits meinen kanadischen Pass besorgt. Lange bevor ich den eleganten roten Schweizer Pass beantragte. Dieser blaue Pass gab mir das Gef\u00fchl, etwas Besonderes zu sein. Damals hatte ich keine Ahnung, wie viele T\u00fcren er mir eines Tages \u00f6ffnen w\u00fcrde.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Ich hatte dort ein Leben \u2013 aber wirklich zu Hause gef\u00fchlt <span lang=\"DE-CH\">habe <\/span>ich mich nie.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Tief in meinem Inneren hatte ich immer das leise Gef\u00fchl, dass ich von mehr als einem Ort lang=\"DE-CH\">echt<\/span><\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Und genau da begann die Spannung.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Wie so vieles in der Schweiz war auch das \u00f6ffentliche Schulsystem gut strukturiert, effizient und von hoher Qualit\u00e4t. Und sobald meine Familie finanziell auf eigenen Beinen stand, begannen wir zu reisen \u2013 regelm\u00e4<span lang=\"DE-CH\">ss<\/span>ig durch Europa und zur\u00fcck nach Kanada.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Damals wurde der Keim ges\u00e4t. Die Neugier. Die Liebe zur Welt. Aber gleichzeitig hatte ich zu k\u00e4mpfen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Ich war zu offen, zu selbstbewusst, zu willensstark, um in die eher zur\u00fcckhaltende Schweizer Kultur zu passen. Meine Offenheit war oft nicht willkommen. Ich stellte Dinge in Frage. Ich sagte meine Meinung. Ich hatte einen ausgepr\u00e4gten Gerechtigkeitssinn \u2013 und handelte danach. Au<span lang=\"DE-CH\">ss<\/span>erhalb meines Zuhauses empfand ich das regelorientierte System als erdr\u00fcckend. Mein freier Geist war eingesperrt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Ich war nie die Ruhige, die sich in der Ecke versteckte. Aber ich wurde auch nicht wirklich gesehen oder geh\u00f6rt. Und das hat mich gepr\u00e4gt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Ich wurde in zwei Richtungen gezogen: ich selbst sein oder jemand werden, der sich anpasst.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Ich <span lang=\"DE-CH\">habe<\/span> mich immer wie das <span lang=\"DE-CH\">pinke<\/span> Zebra<span lang=\"DE-CH\"> gef\u00fchlt<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Ja, es baut St\u00e4rke und Resilienz auf \u2013 aber das ist nicht das, was man sich als Kind oder Jugendliche w\u00fcnscht. Was man wirklich will, ist dazugeh\u00f6ren.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Egal, wo ich in der Schweiz lebte, ich habe nie so richtig dazu gepasst. Ich kam leicht mit Menschen in Kontakt \u2013 aber tiefe, bedeutungsvolle Beziehungen aufzubauen, fiel mir schwer. Von au<span lang=\"DE-CH\">ss<\/span>en mag es anders ausgesehen haben, doch die meisten Kontakte blieben oberfl\u00e4chlich. Und oberfl\u00e4chliche Beziehungen n\u00e4hren die Seele nicht.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Ich habe meine eigene Gesellschaft immer genossen. Aber wie jeder Mensch sehne <span lang=\"DE-CH\">auch <\/span>ich mich nach Tiefe, Austausch und echter Verbundenheit. Allzu oft f\u00fchlten sich die Interaktionen einseitig an \u2013 ich gab viel und erhielt nur sehr wenig zur\u00fcck.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" Yogamatte<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An jenem Morgen auf der Yogamatte setzte etwas in Gang \u2013 etwas, das weit gr\u00f6sser war, als ich in diesem Moment begreifen konnte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es war nicht nur ein Gedanke. Es war ein tiefes, unbestreitbares Wissen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ich musste weg. Nicht nur im \u00fcbertragenen Sinne, sondern auch physisch. Ich musste den Berg verlassen \u2013 dort, wo ich mir mein Leben aufgebaut hatte \u2013\u00a0und an einen Ort gehen, an dem sich meine Energie endlich entfalten konnte. An einen Ort, an dem ich mein volles Potenzial aussch\u00f6pfen konnte \u2013 mit Freiheit, Freude und einem Gef\u00fchl der Leichtigkeit, das mir so lange gefehlt hatte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als ich aufwuchs, fragte ich meine Mutter oft: <em>\u201eWarum sind wir in die Schweiz zur\u00fcckgekommen?\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Auch wenn ich ihre Gr\u00fcnde heute verstehe, hat mich diese Frage nie wirklich losgelassen. Es gab immer diese stille Neugier \u2013 dieses \u201e<em>Was w\u00e4re, wenn\u201c<\/em> \u2013 \u00fcber das Leben, das ich in Kanada h\u00e4tte f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Und dann wurde es mir klar. Ich muss mich nicht mehr fragen. Ich kann gehen. In diesem Moment \u00e4nderte sich etwas. Die Idee f\u00fchlte sich nicht mehr fern oder unrealistisch an \u2013 sie f\u00fchlte sich offensichtlich an. Fast schon \u00fcberf\u00e4llig.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mir wurde klar, dass ich bereit war f\u00fcr eine grosse Ver\u00e4nderung in meinem Leben. Nicht irgendwann. Jetzt.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wo geh\u00f6re ich wirklich hin?<br \/>\nBei wem f\u00fchle ich mich wohl?<br \/>\nWo kann ich ganz ich selbst sein \u2013 ohne mich zur\u00fcckzuhalten?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wie jeder andere Mensch brauche ich einen Ort, an dem ich mich sicher f\u00fchle. An dem ich aufatmen kann. An dem ich mich zu Hause f\u00fchle. Meine Menschen zu finden \u2013 meinen Tribe \u2013 ist f\u00fcr mich keine Option mehr, sondern eine Notwendigkeit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Und dieses Mal suche ich keine Ausreden. Ich erstellte ein Profil, gab meine Geburtsdaten ein \u2013 und innerhalb von Sekunden erschien eine Karte. Linien, die sich \u00fcber die ganze Welt erstreckten, beginnend in Toronto und sich wie ein Feuerwerk <span lang=\"DE-CH\">ausbreitend<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Kanada stach sofort hervor. Und dann fiel mir eine Stadt ins Auge: Winnipeg. Nicht wegen der Karte \u2013 sondern wegen Jenna, meiner sehr lieben Freundin, die dort lebt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Da f\u00fcgte sich pl\u00f6tzlich alles zusammen. Als ich mich n\u00e4her damit besch\u00e4ftigte, f\u00fchlte sich alles \u2026 \u00fcberraschend stimmig an. Eine lebendige Kulturszene, die Natur direkt vor der Haust\u00fcr, Lebenshaltungskosten, die im Vergleich zur Schweiz fast unwirklich erschienen. Und eine Offenheit \u2013 nicht nur in der Landschaft, sondern auch in der Art der Menschen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Aber wenn ich ehrlich bin \u2013 das war es nicht, was mich \u00fcberzeugt hat. Es war das Gef\u00fchl. Ein leises Gef\u00fchl, dass es das sein k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Die Karte hat die Entscheidung nicht f\u00fcr mich getroffen. Sie hat lediglich best\u00e4tigt, was ich bereits zu sp\u00fcren begann. Also plante ich einen Besuch w\u00e4hrend der Kanada-Etappe meiner Reise (lies den vollst\u00e4ndigen <a href=\"https:\/\/empoweryourliving.com\/de\/reiseupdate-kanada-4\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Reise<span lang=\"DE-CH\">-Update<\/span> Kanada<\/a>).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Nach zehn Tagen im Oktober 2025 \u2013 gleich zu Beginn \u2013 wusste ich bereits: Ich w\u00fcrde zur\u00fcckkommen. Nicht nur zu Besuch, sondern um mich wirklich <span lang=\"DE-CH\">anzukommen<\/span>. Und <span lang=\"DE-CH\">ich<\/span> tat <span lang=\"DE-CH\">es<\/span>. Fr\u00fcher als erwartet.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Von einer giftigen Schlange gebissen zu werden, war nicht gerade Teil des Plans \u2013 aber das Leben hatte offensichtlich seinen eigenen Zeitplan (lies <a href=\"https:\/\/empoweryourliving.com\/de\/gebissen-im-paradies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>\u201eGebissen im Paradies \u2013 <span lang=\"DE-CH\">Der Moment der<\/span> alles ver\u00e4nderte\u201c<\/em><\/a>). Pl\u00f6tzlich fand ich mich mitten im Winter wieder in Winnipeg.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>\u201eWinterpeg\u201c, wie sie es nennen. Jenna lachte leise und sagte: <em>\u201eWenn es dir nach all dem hier immer noch gef\u00e4llt, wirst du es lieben.\u201c<\/em>\u00a0 Sie hatte recht.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Ich blieb sechs Wochen. Lange genug, um \u00fcber den ersten Eindruck hinauszugehen. Lange genug, um zu sp\u00fcren. Und etwas ver\u00e4nderte sich.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Es fiel mir leicht, mit Menschen in Kontakt zu kommen. Die Gespr\u00e4che flossen. Es herrschte W\u00e4rme \u2013 echte W\u00e4rme \u2013 trotz der eisigen Temperaturen. Zum ersten Mal seit langer Zeit f\u00fchlte ich mich nicht wie das <span lang=\"DE-CH\">pinke<\/span> Zebra, das sich <span lang=\"DE-CH\">erkl\u00e4ren<\/span> muss.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Ich war einfach. Und das <span lang=\"DE-CH\">hat gereicht<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Aber wenn ich ehrlich bin \u2013 was mich wirklich in Winnipeg hat<span lang=\"DE-CH\"> ankommen lassen<\/span>, war nicht nur die Stadt. Es war Jenna. Ihre Pr\u00e4senz. Ihre Best\u00e4ndigkeit. Ihre Art, da zu sein \u2013 nicht nur in den leichten Momenten, sondern <span lang=\"DE-CH\">besonders dann,<\/span> wenn es schwierig wurde.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Sie wurde mein Nordstern auf dieser Reise. klein<\/span><\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Jetzt bin ich wieder in der Schweiz. Ich tanke neue Energie. Ich <span lang=\"DE-CH\">reflektiere<\/span>. Und gleichzeitig bin ich schon in Bewegung. Denn diese Entscheidung? Sie wird umgesetzt. Der Plan ist, sp\u00e4testens Ende Oktober in Winnipeg zu sein.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Ja, es gibt viel zu erledigen \u2013 meine Wohnung verkaufen, mein Leben sortieren, loslassen, was nicht mehr zu mir geh\u00f6rt, den Umzug organisieren, Abschied nehmen. Aber das sind nur logistische Dinge. Die eigentliche Entscheidung ist bereits gefallen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Und interessanterweise \u2013 w\u00e4hrend dieser ganzen Reise, mit all den Zweifeln und Fragen, die ich hatte \u2026 gab es eine Sache, die ich nie auch nur einmal in Frage gestellt habe: der Umzug nach Winnipeg.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Ist es be\u00e4ngstigend? Ja. Aber wenn sich etwas so richtig anf\u00fchlt, gibt es keine wirkliche Alternative.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span lang=\"DE-CH\">Du gehst<\/span>. <span lang=\"DE-CH\">Du<\/span> vertrau<span lang=\"DE-CH\">s<\/span>t. <span lang=\"DE-CH\">Du handelst<\/span>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Ich habe mein Leben schon einmal ver\u00e4ndert \u2013 mehr als einmal. Aber dieses Mal f\u00fchlt es sich anders an. Nicht erzwungen. Nicht reaktiv. Nicht von Flucht getrieben. Dieses Mal f\u00fchlt es sich stimmig an. Denn ich laufe nicht vor etwas davon. Ich bewege mich auf mich selbst zu.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Ich habe mich voll und ganz darauf eingelassen, das <span lang=\"DE-CH\">pinke<\/span> Zebra zu sein. Und zum ersten Mal akzeptiere ich es nicht nur \u2013 ich liebe es. Kein Versuch mehr, in R\u00e4ume zu passen, die nie f\u00fcr mich bestimmt waren. Kein Zur\u00fcckziehen mehr.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Ich vertraue darauf, dass ich meine Leute finden werde. Meinen Platz. Meinen Rhythmus.
